Job:  Sales Manager - Exchange Traded Derivatives & US Equities

Qualification:  

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in futures and options sales at a reputable brokerage.
  • A strong existing client base in the commodities and metals industries.
  • A transferable client portfolio is highly advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements related to derivatives trading.
  • Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Arabic speaking is preferable

Responsibilities   

  • Business Development:
    • Actively acquire new clients within the commodities and metals sectors, focusing on those who require futures and options for hedging purposes.
    • Leverage your existing client network and industry connections to generate new business leads.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support.
    • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services offered by the firm to existing clients.
  • Sales & Marketing:
    • Promote our Exchange Traded Derivatives and US Equities products and services to potential clients.
    • Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Onboarding & Compliance:
    • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    • Educate clients on trading procedures, risk management, and relevant regulations.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve monthly revenue targets by driving sales and maximizing client engagement.
    • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your client portfolio.
