Job:  Sales Manager - Spot FX and CFDs

Department:  Sales

Qualification:  

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a Sales Manager for a large FX company or bank in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of success in FX and CFDs sales, with a strong focus on institutional clients and HNWIs.
  • Strong knowledge of the Spot FX and CFDs market, including trading platforms and products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Arabic speaking is a must

Responsibilities   

  • Business Development:
    • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Spot FX and CFDs markets.
    • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, including institutions, HNWIs, and particularly those in the Arab segment.
    • Utilize existing client database and industry connections to generate leads and acquire new clients.
    • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services offered by the firm to existing clients.
  • Sales & Relationship Management:
    • Effectively present and promote our Spot FX and CFDs products and services to potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and support.
    • Manage client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
    • Employ effective sales strategies and negotiation skills to maximize client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Market Knowledge:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the Spot FX and CFDs markets, including market trends, pricing, and regulatory developments.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and competitor activities.
  • Compliance:
    • Adhere to all relevant regulatory frameworks and internal policies related to FX and CFDs sales.
