Qualification:
- MBA (preferred) or B.Com degree.
- Must be NISM certified.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Equity Dealer/Advisor assisting FPI/NRI clients in the Indian Capital Markets.
- Experience working in a brokerage firm is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian capital market and investment products and servicing NRI’s/FPI’s.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks governing FPI/NRI investments.
- Proficiency in relevant trading platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Servicing:
- Onboard and service FPI and NRI clients, understanding their investment needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely and accurate market information and investment advice.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FPI/NRI segment.
- Trading & Execution:
- Execute equity trades on behalf of FPI/NRI clients in the Indian Capital Markets.
- Provide competitive pricing and efficient execution of orders.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes impacting FPI/NRI investments.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly revenue targets by actively promoting our services and generating brokerage.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our client base and increase trading activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services offered by the firm to existing clients.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and internal policies related to FPI/NRI investments.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and maintain accurate client records.
- Stay informed about evolving regulatory frameworks governing FPI/NRI transactions.
