Qualification:
- MBA (preferred) or BCom degree.
- NISM certification is mandatory.
- 5-7 years of experience as an FPI / Institutional Sales Manager for Indian Capital Markets.
- Experience working in a brokerage, custodian, or bank is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment products.
- Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Existing network of FPI and institutional clients is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with FPI and institutional investors.
- Generate new leads and acquire new clients through networking, industry events, and other proactive strategies.
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services offered by the firm to existing clients.
- Client Management:
- Onboard and service FPI and NRI clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide exceptional client service and address their investment needs.
- Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and mutual success.
- Market Knowledge:
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Indian capital market, including regulations, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on market developments and share insights with clients.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and internal policies related to FPI and institutional sales.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and other relevant guidelines.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including research, trading, and operations.
- Work closely with other sales team members to achieve shared goals.
